Hi All, I am having a challenge with one of our end users that I was hoping to hear some of your thoughts on it, and get it resolved. Here is the setting: In an Exchange environment, an end user using Outlook 2016 for Mac to manage and tag his contacts (Along with Emailing lol). The exchange account also syncs with Contacts app on his MacBook and iPhone. Online Outlook Portal shows a total of about 5400 contacts (with just a few duplicates). Jul 20, 2016 - Here, I will give you the easiest solution to eliminate duplicate contacts in Outlook 2016, 2013, 2010 and 2007. But, first let us discuss some. Outlook duplicate email remover software allows to remove duplicate emails from Outlook PST files at once. It can add a folder having numbers of PST files and delete duplicates from each Microsoft Outlook 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019 PST file as well as from folders in it. In Outlook, it's about 7400; Mostly triplicate for last names starting with J through M. Same goes with Contacts app and iPhone contacts. Goel: is to merge all duplicates and have a clean record of all contacts WITHOUT losing any tags in Outlook Contacts. Tried merging some of the contacts using Contacts app as a test, but in most cases, on Outlook it only merges 2 of them and leaves 2 records behind. We tried clearing Outlook's contact cache and re loading contacts, both while Contacts app was syncing and not. No resolution. Screen video recorder for mac. Any input is greatly appreciated. Thank you all. Hi Teles, To work around this issue in Microsoft Outlook 2016, follow these steps: 1. Disable synchronization for the Contacts folder. To To do this, follow the steps.
